People often divide emotions into positive and negative ones. In fact, there is no negative emotion. Emotions are not simply there to be enjoyed or avoided: they give us valuable information about how we feel about the events in our life, and they can focus our attention on what matters. “It’s okay” is an app which encourages and helps people in their journey to emotional self-awareness with the principle inspired by Yung Pueblo, the author of the book “Inward”.
